The Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design, the latest in the Huawei Mate 20 series, is inspired by the design of a Porsche sports car and was designed in partnership with Porsche Design, a subsidiary of Porsche.

It will be sold in Singapore from 1 December to 2 298 Singapore dollars, announced Huawei Wednesday, November 28.

This makes it the most expensive of the four phones in the Mate 20 series.

Singapore is the only market where the high-end phone will be sold, and stocks are "very limited".

The phone has been designed for "elite" users. It is a "flagship luxury device that offers the best form of performance to the most discerning consumers," said Huawei CEO Cheng Jiangfei in a statement.

The phone features a running band at the back made of real leather of Italian quality.

It comes only in a color – black.

Like its cousins, the Mate 20 RS runs on a Kirin 980 chipset. The phone has a 4200mAh battery, which can last a "full day of intensive use," and a fast charger 40W that charges the battery at 70% in 30 minutes.

Like the Mate 20 Pro, the Mate 20 RS can also perform charging in reverse, which means the phone can charge other devices, including those of other brands.

It has 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. Like the other 20 mate phones, it has four Leica lenses: three rear lenses at 8, 20 and 40 megapixels (MP) and a front lens at 24MP.
