A businessman and former Chinese actor, Li Yapeng, revealed that his daughter, Li Yan, born with a cleft palate, had another corrective surgery in August of this year.
Li Yan, 12, is the daughter of Li and his ex-wife, the queen of Chinese pop, Faye Wong.
In an interview with Instyle China magazine, Li, 47, revealed that his daughter had not shown any anxiety before the operation, which was performed under general anesthesia.
"I was particularly nervous and worried before taking him to the operating room," he said.
He said that Li Yan smiled at him and asked to take a selfie with him. He squats near the head of the bed so that she can do it.
He went down alone after entering the operating room and cried gently by the roadside.
