Romelu Lukaku admitted he was sorry to be dismissed by Jose Mourinho, but admitted he was one of Man Utd's favorite players.
The Belgian was forced to sit on the bench during Everton's recent visit after a poor form that saw him score only four times in 16 appearances so far this season .
Lukaku is happy to admit that he was not happy to be left out, but the center-forward said he used that to motivate himself.

Lukaku was asked if he understood the decision: "Yeah. He said I did not look happy. That I was angry.

Although he is on the bench, Lukaku knows he remains one of Mourinho's "favorite" players.

Lukaku also had to undergo criticism this season for his first contact and his physique, but the former Chelsea striker and Everton laughed at the debate over his physical appearance.
