Alexis Sanchez reportedly sent a WhatsApp message to his Manchester United teammates about Jose Mourinho's dismissal.
Mourinho was fired Tuesday morning after a bad series of results that saw United win only two of his last eight games at the head of all competitions.
The 3-1 defeat by Liverpool rivals on Sunday left 11 points for the Red Devils and 19 points for Jurgen Klopp's men, who are at the top of the Premier League.
The Portuguese boss has played with several players during his stay at the club. His reputation in the locker room would be low at the end of his stay.
And The sun claims that Sanchez sent a message to a WhatsApp group containing a number of his United teammates claiming to have won a private bet with Rojo over the Mourinho dismissal.
The Chilean, who earns £ 505,000 a week, now wants £ 20,000 on his South American team-mate for correctly predicting Mourinho's disappearance.
Sanchez reportedly sent a message to the group saying, "I told you so !! Patience is all you need. Rojo, you owe me £ 20,000.
The 30-year-old joined the Red Devils from Arsenal a year ago and was unable to defeat Old Trafford with just one goal in 12 appearances this season.
It's far from the form he showed at Emirates Stadium where he was one of the Gunners' key men, scoring almost one goal every two games.
