LeBron James coach Mike Mancias revealed everything about the Los Angeles Lakers star and his sleep regimen.
Rumor has it that LeBron would spend a whopping seven-figure sum for his health, ranging from his diet to exercise.
"Create an environment," explained Mancias to Business Insider UK when asked questions about the regime of the Lakers star.
"For us, for LeBron, he's always in his hotel room, making sure the temperature is set a particular [temperature] – probably 68 to 70 degrees is probably optimal. Make sure the room is completely dark.
"You have no distractions. Try to turn off your electronics, televisions, phones, etc. – turn off the whole thing for half an hour to 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Get really engaged for that.
The Lakers are expected to offer Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram to exchange Bradley Beal, according to ESPN specialist Stephen A. Smith.
He said, "I think the Lakers should do everything in their power to try to catch Bradley Beal.
"I'm talking about trade via. I would exchange Ingram, I would exchange Lonzo Ball. I would give them both for Bradley Beal.
"I tell you, LeBron needs turners. The problem is that you have guys who can play but do not necessarily shoot at manufacturers.
"They will make a few moves and they can play, but they are not manufacturers of shots.
"Bradley Beal is a shooter and if I'm the Lakers and I can find him, I'll do it."
Steph Curry assured fans that he would not leave the Golden State Warriors.
"Personally, I thank Oakland for adopting me as one of them, for giving me a new home, for giving me a sense of pride and being able to play," he said.
"It was definitely a culture shock [moving from North Carolina].
"How fast things are moving, how dynamic the city is and how beautiful it is.
"It's our new home.
"I really do not think we're going to leave this area.
"And it's something that, 20 years ago, I would never have thought it was where I would end."
