– First Announced Dates for GODZILLA: City On the Edge of Battle, Dragon Pilot, Castlevania Season 2 and Cannon Busters –
[19659004] As part of its NETFLIX ANIME panel at Anime Expo, Netflix has announced two new animated series, as well as the renewal of popular series Aggretsuko for a second season, as well as announcements of dates and pictures at first sight titles in their growing slate,
- New ULTRAMAN series will be launched in the spring of 2019
- New series Kengan Ashura will be launched in 2019
- Aggretsuko will be back for a second season in 2019
- GODZILLA: City a On the edge of the battle will be launched on July 18, 2018
- Dragon Pilot will be launched on September 21, 2018
- Castlevania Launch of Season 2 on October 26, 2018
- Cannon Busters will be launched on March 1, 2019
Following the announcements, Netflix's content director for Japan and animator John Derderian will host a panel of leading creative artists. anime LeSean Thomas ( Cannon Busters ), Adi Shankar ( Castlevania ) and Shinji Higuchi ( Dragon Pilot ). Derderian said: "As Netflix has developed worldwide, we have been stunned by the wide reach and great depth of the anime fandom. We are partnering with the best Global creators to produce a series of shows excite the boundless passion of anime fans and make Netflix a prime destination for this beloved art form. "
