An Irish fan of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hit them speechless with a very special gift.
During the royal couple's tour of Ireland this week, Chloe Mullins, 19, presented a hand-drawn portrait to the pair.
Mullins shared images of the wondering faces of Harry and Meghan after giving them the portrait in a black frame.
