SNL: The cast of stereotypical actors gets spanked: "Can I play that?"

Hollywood is the land of hopes and dreams, but it certainly lives in a set of rules. This is never more clear than with the advent of Twitter, where opinions circulate and instant judgments are final.

Saturday Night Live has taken another step with its parodic TV show Can I play this? In the series, three actors in action are asked about who can play a potential role: Michael Jackson, Caitlyn Jenner, astronaut and president of the United States.

Hosted by host Kenan Thompson, actors Idris Elba, Cecily Strong and Beck Bennett were challenged in the Twitter-sponsored show to defend their abilities in the face of public opinion. Wait for the intriguing question at the end for a last laugh.
