Social Stargazer? NASA looking for social media users to attend the next launch of SpaceX

NASA is calling on all social media experts and influencers to sign up to participate in the launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched from Cape Canaveral Air Base (CCAFS) in Florida.

A maximum of 50 social media users will be selected to go behind the scenes during the two-day event with access similar to that of the media.

The launch of the rocket carrying the Dragon spacecraft is currently scheduled for late April.

Selected people will be able to tweet, blog or post to Instagram from the front lines.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see the launch, visit NASA facilities, meet with NASA and SpaceX representatives, take pictures of the rocket and the complex and meet other enthusiasts.

Interested persons must hurry because the deadline is Sunday, March 24 at 23:59. HAE (8:59 pm PDT).
