FOX 2 first learned of the dosages issue when two paramedics who requested anonymity contacted the station.
The error was attributed to the fact that the Coliseum’s vaccination staff were given a different type of syringe that did not fully push the vaccine into people’s arms, according to FOX 2.
The lower doses were reportedly distributed from 4:30 p.m. on February 28 to 3 p.m. on March 1, until the problem was corrected, FOX 2 reported.
