Frackville State Police reported the following incidents in Schuylkill County:
• On September 19 at 2:28 pm, soldiers responded to South Maple Avenue in Cass Township for a disturbance / noise complaint report. A 61-year-old man from Schuylkill Haven and Jeffrey Leonard, 52, of Minersville, were involved in a physical altercation. As a result, Leonard was charged with terrorist threats, common assault and harassment.
• On September 21 at 8:27 pm, soldiers responded to Dorest Road at Blue Mountain Drive in West Penn Township with a disturbance. The soldiers spoke to a 17-year-old man from Tamaqua and a 15-year-old woman from Andreas. The victims were confronted by a stranger who drove by in his van while parked on a dirt lot. During the clash, damage was caused to the front windshield and rear window on the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle.
The man has been identified as David Knoedler, 51, of Andreas. The soldiers said he was accused of harassment.
• On September 4 at 2:13 pm, soldiers conducted a traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Delano Township. The driver of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been identified as Michael Biscotti, 21, of Brooklyn, New York. He was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges have been laid.
