What a golden moment.

Soccer star Megan Rapinoe was on hand to celebrate her historic victory at the Tokyo Games with her basketball-playing fiancee Sue Bird on Sunday.

Rapinoe shared a celebratory kiss after Bird, 40, won his fifth straight gold in his basketball game against Japan.

“I’m so proud of you @ sbird10 ❤️. Like I can’t love you anymore. Congratulations baby!” Rapinoe, whose team won bronze days earlier, wrote on Instagram.

The victory made Bird the oldest basketball player in the history of the sport at the Olympics to win gold.

Bird and her teammate Diana Taurasi also became the first female players to win five Olympic gold medals in the sport.

Rapinoe went on to praise her other half’s performance, calling her an “amazing person.”

“[I’m] honestly inspired, and I told him the other day, it’s a little cheesy to say but it’s like everything you would want from someone you admire. Obviously I can be with her and I love her, that’s the most special part ”, Rapinoe noted.

“She just does it the right way. She plays with a sense of joy, she improves everyone around her on and off the pitch. She’s just an amazing person, I’m gonna start to cry. You’re gonna make me cry on national TV.
