16 years of imprisonment for murder in a colonial zone – the court of appeal rules on the verdict

The Supreme Court of Western Sweden determines the prison sentence of 26 years, sentenced to 16 years in prison for murder and custody.

The event occurred late last December in East Gothenburg. After the murder, the 26-year-old man destroyed both the victim's phone and the one he was using to handle the fake Facebook profile. He claimed to have acted in distress, but the court of appeals judges him just as the Gothenburg District Court for murder.
