After the sun comes the rain, right?
If you have forgotten what a summer rain looks like, it's a reminder in image format.
Whoever on Sunday, a look at the 10-day forecast of SMHI for Skåne first looks with solar and temperatures almost to above the range of 30 degrees, but then they pop up – the windmill. On July 30, Malmö and Helsingborg will receive about 10 millimeters of rain. The same amounts are expected the next day.
Can you trust that? The answer is no, but also a little yes. Anders Wettergren, Meteorologist at SMHI, may explain:
– This is a forecast that must be considered very uncertain. When it comes to the actual time of coverage, you can not count on it. However, it is a sign that the unpredictable weather is on its way.
The long-term forecast of the Danish DMI also reports heavy rains over Copenhagen and Zeeland at the same time. However, that does not prove anything.
– It is based on the same forecasts as us. According to Anders Wettergren, it is used by everyone
At the present time, strong pressure has been felt like a warm blanket across Sweden. During the long heat wave, various weather systems in the West sometimes seemed to come out of the stalemate, but the high pressure fought.
Now that the weather still seems to change next week, it depends on a new "attack" from the west, but especially this more preserved air looks towards Southeast Scandinavia. Somewhere above Skåne and Denmark, the two systems meet.
– It will be hot again, but the likelihood of rain increases, says Anders Wettergren of SMHI.
– In the future, the heat seems to continue August.
