Microsoft freaks Apple in the neck

It's been eight years since Apple surpassed Microsoft in market capitalization, but now Microsoft is returning to the bulls of Wall Street technology.

Apple lost most of its lead in the 23-week price hike in four weeks, which accelerated when Apple warned on November 1 against an unusually low winter season as a result of signs of unexpected global demand for mobile phones.

After the message of US President Donald Trump, Apple has announced a further reduction of tariffs on Chinese products. At the same time, the Microsoft window manufacturer, now a cloud services company, has increased its stake by 3% in an upward recovery of the stock markets.

The current situation is even in practice. Both companies have a market capitalization of $ 814 billion, or about SEK 7,380 billion. This compares to Sweden's gross domestic product in 2017, which amounted to SEK 4 579 billion.
