Ystad lasarett's doctor is criticized for administering overdose painkillers to an 80-year-old woman. A few minutes after receiving the medication, she had a heart attack and died.
The autopsy shows that the woman was poisoned by the drug and Ivo's Inspectorate blames the doctor for its lack of precision, reports Sydsvenskan.
The incident last April was reported to police relatives by the police.
