Ikea recalls an uncertain glass table – Katrineholms-Kuriren

The furniture giant Ikea invites all its customers not to use and return the Glivarp folding table. It is reported that the extraction disk on the table, white frosted glass, could fall.

"We received information from customers who claimed that the extraction disc could be detached from the rails and collapsed.The safety of our customers being a top priority, we ask all customers to leave the table. "says Cindy Andersen, head of Ikea's Kitchen and Dining division.

The reminder applies only to frosted glass Glivarp tables sold after January 1, 2017. The tables of the same model in clear glass have a different design.

Customers are requested to leave the table at any Ikea department store for a full refund, even if you have not left your receipt.
