On Tuesday night, the Malmö Liberals took a stand if they accepted the proposal of the Social Democrats – to form a central rule.
According to Sydsvenskan, the result is historic when the majority voted for "yes", 39-19.
"We now have a chance to influence half of Malmö's politics and this becomes a liberal policy," said Roko Kursar, president of the Malmöliberalernas newspaper.
The courses were among those who voted yes.
