On Tuesday, the County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland decided to instruct the Swedish Transport Authority to suspend some of the work on the Västlänken parallel project at the Olskroken flatness level by 10 December at the latest.
"We believe that they are not allowed to perform some of the work that they have started," says Ulrika Samuelsson, director of environmental protection for the county's board of directors.
