Rescuers were alerted from the 26/47 route between Mullsjö and Jönköping at 14:50 on Tuesday afternoon.
"This is a truck and a passenger car that collapsed," said Elisabeth Paipalis, team leader at SOS Alarm.
An emergency service and three ambulances were sent to the site.
At 15:45, all ambulances left the site without loading any patient and no one should have been physically injured during the accident.
On the other hand, accessibility is always limited around the place of the accident.
"A vehicle is labeled diesel leaking and it's cold on the site," Paipalis said.
It is not known how long the traffic will be interrupted.
