"Find a reason to believe that he could be affected"

On Wednesday, Orsabo was arrested in the 1950s on suspicion of killing a 14-year-old girl in Vångsgärde, just south of Orsa, on Friday night.

Like attorney Ludmila Pronko, the Mora District Court considers that the man is suspected of aggravated assault for the death of a third party for probable reasons, which constitutes the degree suspicion. The right sees a risk that his boss complicates the investigation and continues to commit crimes.

Prosecutions must be initiated by December 12th.

However, Ludmila Pronko, for the moment, can not say if the investigation can be expected until then. The man will, if necessary, be invited to be detained, the prosecutor judging for the moment not likely to decide to release him at any time of the investigation.
