A fire broke out on Saturday night in a multi-family house in the center of Gothenburg. The alarm arrived just before 22:30 and just before midnight the fire was under control, said Göteborgs Posten.
There are no reports that anyone was injured.
"You have opened a preliminary investigation that you have classified as a burning fire.At present, we still have police units in place to assist the rescue services," said Magnus Nordqvist, police officer West police, at TT.
No evacuation decision was taken due to the fire on the ground.
When the extinguishment is over, the police open a technical investigation on the site.
