When Ebba Busch Thor and Jakob Forssmed presented the budget motions of the Christian Democrats on Thursday morning, they discussed a number of areas of economic policy:

Labor market, health care, elderly care and security issues.

As for the labor market Does KD want to reduce the labor tax for both the lowest and the highest tax credits by reducing the marginal tax?

You also want to develop RUT and remove the taxes on the salaries of the elderly.

"We have two major challenges in parallel: we have a relatively high unemployment rate in some groups of society and a lack of skills that we need to solve," Forssmed said.

Ebba Busch Thor talked about health care, and repeated the KD line that health care should be understood.

– The reform of the county council has taken its place. We want to put in place a state-of-the-art health care headquarters, a greater responsibility on the part of the state, she said.

Busch Thor also said that KD wanted to appoint a survey to propose "the reform of the health system of the century".

KD also wants more natural patient pathways to health care going through primary care, nutrition and health care centers, rather than hospitals.

Jakob Forssmed spoke about care for the elderly, and said that there was a low-intensity crisis in which older people find it difficult to find housing.

"There will not be 32,000 retirement homes for the next eight years," he said.

According to Forssmed, the demand for housing is essential to solve the more general problem of housing.

– The construction of security housing will increase the mobility of the housing market.

Loneliness among the elderly was also a concern for Forssmed, which meant that loneliness led to a physical illness that added to health care.

By bringing older people together, loneliness can be achieved, thereby improving health care in general.

Busch Thor talked about increase in the number of sexual offenses, murder, drooling and fatal mortality.

In order to address this type of insecurity, KD has already offered 10,000 additional police officers, which has also been budgeted for the current fiscal year.

Prosecution and prosecution authorities are reinforced in the budget of 450 and 70 million, respectively.
