A woman suspected of murder committed in the library of Årsta Torg in Stockholm was arrested.
The alarm about the fire occurred at 11:30 pm on Thursday night and the police recovered traces of the fire. The woman was arrested on the spot.
The emergency services were called to the scene and extinguished the fire.
The site is locked to allow police technicians to investigate at a later date.
