Intrigue in Parliament when Löfven speaks

[ad_1]

It was Friday – 131 days after the elections – that S, deputies, C and L announced that they had signed a new agreement with the government.

But when Prime Minister Stefan Löfven read the government's solemn declaration to the Riksdag on Monday morning, it was exceptionally empty in the House – and many people responded, so many members chose not to attend.

"Exceptionally empty on the parliamentary benches during the declaration of government?" writes MEP Fredrick Federley on Twitter.

He receives a response from Åsa Westlund, S, who thinks it is because it is difficult for many to arrive in Stockholm on short notice.
