The county council has been instructed by the county council to make recommendations on the use of certain new drugs. Imfinzi, or durvalumab, was approved earlier this fall and can be used in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer that can not be operated on but has not spread into the body.

Common form of cancer
The drug is administered intravenously for one hour every two weeks during the treatment period. It is estimated that the cost of a patient is 96,000 crowns per month.
