County cardiology is an exciting development phase. A complete biology operation of the county map is conducted and developed. WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
A vast development operation is currently underway from the organization with regional operations following an evaluation carried out during the winter 17/18. The goal of development work is to set clearer objectives and management structure based on the care needs of patients in a coherent care chain.

As county administrative director, you are directly subordinate to the director of the Hospital of Specialistvården Västernorrland and are part of the management group of the administration. Along with the other heads of operations, you have the joint responsibility of running an effective specialized care service in the county. As Regional Operations Manager, you have full responsibility for operations, finances and personnel, and it is your responsibility to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

This role requires good collaboration with community stakeholders and other activities in the region.

You contribute to a good work environment and work based on the vision and values ​​of the region. In addition, you will continue to work on patient safety, medical quality, business development and monitoring. As Regional Operations Manager, you lead a joint management team. You are also responsible for ensuring that union collaboration takes place within county operations of a joint venture council. You have an important role as a cultural creator and role model for all operations employees.

The service is a permanent job with a 2-year management mandate. Access by agreement.

When the business is located on three sites, you must have a driver's license and be able to travel between stations.
