Class 1 warning about snowfall in Skåne County
SMHI came out with a Class 1 warning for snowfall in Skåne County. It is difficult to predict exactly where the local snowy villages will be moved, and they will probably be gone this afternoon.
"It's not a big deal, but the reason we're coming out of it is that it's early on the bed and many may not have changed the tires yet, but there may still be some inches of snow, says Jon Jörpeland of SMHI.
A Class 1 warning means that the slush should be five millimeters or more. There may be a risk of slipping on the roads.
"At the moment, it's a stretch that goes from the north-east of Skåne to Malmö Tract, so it concerns small parts of Skåne," says Jon Jörpeland.
There may also be snow villages in the direction of Österlen and the south and east coasts. But they are a bit difficult to predict exactly how the snowy villages will move.
The warning mainly concerns the first half of the day, but some snowy cities can be left in the afternoons.
