The success of last year is back.
This year the municipality of Luleå has appointed 15 new Wintertrampers.
"We are seeing a lot of interest in cycling in winter," said Helena Lindvall, Project Manager for Sustainable Travel in the Municipality.

Thursday evening, the municipal sustainable transportation working group met with the 15 elected – a heterogeneous group of women and men aged 16 to 61 years old.
Anette Tjäder Löfgren, who works in the customer service department of the Swedish Employment Service, is one of the appointees.
"It's almost embarrassing to drive when you live two kilometers from the city," says a 44-year-old man living in Bergviken.
What she signed was an impulse.
– I saw it on Facebook. I want to start cycling, even in winter.
This spring, when she started cycling, she fell on gravel and became even more knowledgeable for two wheels.
As a winter Trampler, she hopes to get good tips and tricks on how to ride a bike safely, even in winter.
"For me, it's not necessary to take the car, it's expensive, difficult to find a parking space and coordinate its activities," she added, adding that it takes more time to take a bus than to ride a bike.
Rutviksbon Kaj Oja wants to get to work on the County Board of Directors.
"I plan to bike for at least 52 working days," he said, while it was about 20 km away.
The winter trampoline campaign runs from December 1st to April 30th.
