The center for children and women is a county-scale production unit in the Östergötland region. The women's clinic is part of the center for children and women and we consider that research, development and education are important elements of our business. In collaboration with Lasarettet in Motala, we work with all sectors of the women's health sector; All forms of open and hospitable gynecological care with profiling for highly specialized care, cancer surgery, infertility treatments and all types of obstetrics, childbirth and care of the BB . In collaboration with the Vrinnevisjukhuset Women's Clinic in Norrköping, we work for our vision "Together – for the better health of women throughout life".

The research at the clinic is very fruitful and is conducted, for example, during pregnancy and childbirth, in the field of infertility, with a predominantly psychosocial focus, as well as in gynecology and in cancer surgery. As a business leader, your job will be to drive systematic improvement work from a patient, process and employee perspective to provide high quality care and a good work environment. With you, you have about 300 skilled and highly motivated employees.

You have operational, financial and personnel responsibility, as well as a strategic responsibility, which is to lead development work at the general level of activity and health services for women at the national level. You are part of the management group of the center for children and women of the Östergötland region and report to the person in charge of the production unit.

Education and experience
You have a university education and have management and / or leadership experience in the field of health and medical care. We hope that you will be a qualified doctor and specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and that you possess university degrees with research and teaching experience and that you are a doctoral dissertation. This is an advantage if you have experience of regional, national and / or international cooperation and if you work in a politically controlled organization.
