Sofia has long wondered why her son, four-year-old Elias, was not invited to any birthday party. Not least because she's heard from other people in the class talking about it. But you can not be banned at all.

Elias suffers from a language disorder that makes it difficult to express, but according to Sofia, he has no problem of comprehension.

"An extremely common problem"

Linda Bergfeldt, Chancellor of the Afasia Association, which has 3,400 members and organizes children troubled by language and their loved ones, will not be surprised to hear the story of Sofia.

At the same time, Linda Bergfeldt addresses her criticisms of preschool education.

– It's even worse when they start school. Children who stand out properly will not be invited. Generally, there is a lack of knowledge in society. If people had better knowledge, I do not think they did it that way.
