The Wasa Express ferry, which connects Umeå to Vaasa in Finland, has returned to Vaasa for a long time in the freight fleet.
"It's in the difficult sea that a truck has gone and dropped," says Peter Ståhlberg of the shipping company, SVT Nyheter Västerbotten.
Nobody was hurt. The ferry is not damaged either.
It blows very hard in the Gulf of Bothnia, with winds up to 30 meters per second.
The ferry departed at 12 hours after 17 nautical miles. The departure of the evening from Umeå to Vaasa is fixed.
