Ginea, 3 years old, died after the bus accident – the father's word about bereavement

"It's the tradition with us, you have to eat," said his father Wichian Khaenchai.

Yesterday at 4 pm, Wichian Khaenchai stopped working for the day and went shopping.

Then the police called and said that Ginea had been hit by a bus. I let all the food go and ran there. I cried when I ran, he said.

But when he arrived, Ginea had already been taken to the Karolinska University Hospital. He went with the police to the hospital.

Ginea had been taken to kindergarten by a family member. When they acted, she ran into the street and was hit by a bus.

Wichian Khaenchai describes his daughter as a happy girl.

– She was active, loved to sing, read, draw and go out.

"She wanted it to be a dream"

Wichian's wife and Gina's mother, Thanarat Khaenchai, are on holiday in Thailand.
