According to rumors, a new Galaxy Book laptop is about to arrive from Samsung. Images of the alleged device that were leaked reinforced these rumors.

They were downloaded by credible leak Evan Blass and the pictures show a Galaxy Book S that will probably be presented relatively soon. Could it even display alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note 10?

The laptop seems to follow a traditional laptop design instead of the 2 in 1 form factor that previous Galaxy Book laptops.

The laptop has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C input from one side, but we have not seen the other side of the laptop. The images we have seen also show the laptop from the front and the top, both with the open laptop.

These renderings show no S stylus, which was available as an option for Galaxy Book 2, so it seems that Samsung will stay within the confines of a traditional laptop this time – so let's base these unofficial photos this is.

According to previous rumors, 8 GB of RAM and an 8-core processor (2.85 GHz) would be one of the configuration options suggesting that portability is a priority, as well as power.

That's just about all we know about the laptop up to now, but we still keep our eyes and ears open for new leaks. Galaxy Book 2 (featured at the top of this article) was published in October 2018; it may be necessary to wait a few more months before seeing the new device out.

However, Samsung will not be completely silent before that date, as they have just launched a new high-end Android tablet and we will also see a new smart watch and Galaxy Note 10 this week.
