The Norwegian and Swedish police are looking for Saturday after the death of an 86-year-old Norwegian missing at the national border just west of Töcksfors.
"The research is continuing at Lake Mörkersundet, a smaller lake located right next to Örje," said Mats Öhman, press secretary of the Bergslagen Police District.
The man disappeared from his home on Saturday on the Norwegian side and has not been seen since.
The man is 176 centimeters tall, thin, gray-haired and almost bald. He has blue eyes and wears a black fleece jacket and gray work pants. He is wearing a dark backpack and speaks east of Norway.
