Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has appointed Martin Lindgren as the Group's Director of Operations for Northern Operations. Lindgren is closest to JLL where he led a team of 30 people as the head of enterprise solutions in Sweden.

With his experience in retail, commercial development and real estate sales, Martin Lindgren is the new Director of Operations for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's northern operations.
He will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the group's Nordic portfolio, which includes the Mall of Scandinavia, the Täby Center, the Nacka Forum, the Solna Center in Sweden, Fisketorvet in Denmark and Jumbo in Finland.

Martin Lindgren previously held the position of Head of Enterprise Solutions Sweden at JLL, then Head of the Group's Distribution Agency since 2013. He was also responsible for leasing at Jernhusen, as well as member of the NCSC Board of Directors, the Nordic Council of Shopping Centers.
In addition to his extensive experience and knowledge in the development of retail and real estate, Lindgren holds a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing.
Martin Lindgren will take up his duties on December 3rd. In addition to leading the Nordic operational team, he is also part of the Nordic leadership team of the company.
