In the spring, two new police training programs will begin, but the number of training sites will be lower than last fall, reports P3 News.

Police authorities had previously decided that 1,020 new students would be adopted until spring 2019, but the number of seats was reduced to 750 because the desired number was not reached. The agency wants to avoid paying for vacancies.

The failure of the completion of all educational venues is due in part to the fact that students jump during their studies and partly because the candidates are not satisfied.

– We impose high demands on the decision makers, and if you do not manage all the tests, you do not go further in the process, "says Stefan Wehlin, group manager at the Channel Police Human Resources Department.
