Along with his sister Lisa Cullhed, he participated in long distance skating at Tomholmen, near Sunderbyn and Gammelstad.
"I picked up work earlier to catch the light.It was at 15-16 pm on Friday.It's not always possible to have a cell phone, there is lots of pike, perch and other noble fish like harrie and sik, he says.
Björn Åström has been practicing long distance skating every day since last Wednesday.

"It's like going on a glass board," says Björn Åström.
"The conditions were excellent, my parents go there often and according to them, it was ten years since the last one was so clear," he says and adds;
"It's like time stops and we're sailing like that, like going on a glass board.
