Problem with the West Railway application – travelers go for free

Since Thursday, Thursday, Thursday, there is no way to buy or show tickets in the application "Västtrafik To Go" of Västtrafik.

As long as the application is idle, a temporary ticket will be activated by anyone with the latest version of the To Go application.

The temporary ticket is valid throughout the region for 30 minutes and is automatically extended if the disruption lasts longer.

"We do not know what the error is or when it can be solved, but we are working on it," says Johan Balaz, Interference Coordinator in Västtrafik.

Västtrafik ticket inspectors are aware of the problem and no traveler will be charged additional fees due to technical problems.
