In the autumn of 2020, new spaces for public transport in Västra Götaland will be ready. The goal is to increase the number of areas from just over 70 to three.

Improved ticket system
There will also be a simplified ticket system.
"That's what meets our customers, if it's difficult it will be for our customers, there will be no new ticket system, but since it's three areas, it will be much easier, it will be integrated into our application and our vehicles, "says Lars Backström.
The process of preparing for new areas is starting now. This includes the adaptation of technical systems, staff training and, of course, pricing.
"We have prepared a lot of things and hope we will launch this in the autumn of 2020. It is new interfaces to be created as easily and as easily as possible," said Lars Backström.
