The simple fact of knowing that I can free myself from different hopes and taking makes me calmer. And doing it with my colleagues because I know I work weekends and evenings gives me extra security, says Berg.
At the same time, more guards have been hired, staff are carrying alarms and rules of procedure are being established for visitors.
Operations Manager, Björn Flodmark, thinks it's positive that staff will train themselves to self-defense during his free time, but does not consider that the employer needs to provide a such training.
