Feel the good milk, but not the fair skin.

Now, pregnant women are cautioned against artificially sweetened beverages.

Foods forbid hail to pregnant women. They should not drink alcohol, raise their eyes with fish and stop drinking coffee.

Now, a Danish study shows that pregnant women who like fair skin must look up.

60,000 women participated

Researchers at the Statens Serum Institute in Copenhagen have concluded that the risk of early childbirth is higher in women who often drink mild lesions than those who are allowed to stay.

The reason is that sweeteners turn into chemicals when they enter the body. These can damage the uterus and speed up the birth.

About 60,000 Danes participated in the study and among those who drank daylight daily, the risk of prematurity increased by 38%.

"Drink water"

The risk increased by 78% among women who drank four or more pale skin per day.

"Pregnant women should avoid light skin, they should focus on milk, fruit juice and water," says author of the study, Thorahallur Halldorsson, to the American newspaper American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
