It was not the most difficult thing. It was not the most beautiful. But it was perhaps the most important goal of the season for Sebastian Wännström.
"It was a nice feeling – it was good to get it," says Wännström.
HV71's # 73 was Justin Pogge and pushed in the third period 1-0 on a bouncing and jumping puck.
The goal – which was third ahead for the season – became a winner. HV71 earned its first win after five straight defeats and a coach replacement where Johan Lindbom left Stephan "Lillis" Lundh.
"It was good to make goals.The season was tough and I lined up during the year so it was good to put it there," Wännström said.
When Wännström finally found the frame between the leggings on the very dense Pogge at home, the grand jubilee took place among the guests in a quiet arena of Lindab.

The reason? They thought Wännström was an offside in the goalkeeper.

The victory was, in many ways, a big trend for the HV71 after the hectic period that occurred.
At the same time, the team has shown similar trends to most of the season so far. The team managed a total of 34 shots against Rögleburen, but only managed to achieve a perfect match – and pretty loose.
"We have good energy"
During the first half of the game, visitors' attempts were often held in a back position where Pogge had an unobstructed view and could easily grab the puck.
After about half of the match, HV has challenged other solutions that previously and could sometimes push the home team deep within the area.
Fast Rögle did not miss an opportunity and could have scored several goals if there had not been a great player.
– We press but it is also Rögle. But overall, we are having an acceptable nightmare. We score three points after winning by 1-0. Then it will look like sometimes. In particular, on the road. But that has changed a bit, says Wännström.
Then a meeting with Smålandsrivalen Växjö is expected at her home in the Kinnarps Arena on Saturday. And it's a very easy-to-use HV71 that runs at home.
"I think we have good energy, we know we have something good and we are a good team, the exercises look good, whether we win or lose, we have to look forward. We know what we can, and if we play hockey, we also win games, "said Wännström.
