Sjöstedt repeatedly reiterated the requirements previously mentioned by SD – a form of plan to reduce migration-related expenses, tax breaks for the elderly and targeted efforts for the very poor elderly.
– We see that it is likely that they will be supported by our 62 members. If we can not see it, the probability decreases considerably, "said Sjöstedt.
No longer want the same thing
SD also wants to see justice and defense efforts and reduce waiting times.
Sjöstedt does not want to wonder how much M's budget should contain lower or lower migration costs than they should be. He has already stated that this should be in comparison with the red-green government's transition budget.
With regard to investments in health care, justice, defense and the elderly, it's something that M and the other bourgeois parties want to see.
Moderators present their budget motions on Friday. After that, SD will study the motion and report back at a press conference next Thursday at 11 o'clock.
VAT height
SD proposes in particular in its budget a reduction of 27 billion SEK in 2019 taxes of employees and retirees. The party wants to add 4.4 billion euros to a guaranteed pension and an increased housing allowance for the poorest pensioners.
For example, SD plans to save just over $ 9 billion on migration and integration next year and raise $ 13.5 billion at high rates.
Sjöstedt points out that a big part of the budget's motivation is to cope with a coming recession. He estimates that SD's fiscal policy generates a surplus of SEK 34 billion.
– Thus, there is room for reform and reinforcement where necessary because of economic development, "said Sjöstedt.
