economy The bid committee of the real estate company Stendörren recommends to the shareholders of the company to refuse an offer of 2.8 billion Swedish kroner from EQT Real Estate Wallenberg, writes Stendörren in a press release.
The committee was appointed because two members of Stendörren's board of directors are disloyal because of terms of office at EQT Real Estate. The committee's decision to reject the offer was unanimous.
The offer of EQT Real Estate, through the holding company Chicago Holding, was filed on Tuesday. Since then, the big owner Länsförsäkringar, with just over ten percent of the shares, said the offer was too low.
