According to Aftonbladet, who also reports on the new bluff, here is what follows in the text that was adopted:
"SF BIO is celebrating its birthday and therefore offers 2 x tickets, popcorn and soda at 29 SEK! Offer valid only today." Then you will find a link that you can click on.
By clicking on the link, you will find yourself on a website where it says:
"Answer and get 250 crowns Gift card at special price! The gift card can be used in all Swedish cinemas."
The competition costs 13 kroner. But everything is a scam and Film City calls those who have received the text not to leave their personal data.
Film City: "We put a warning on our website"
Thomas Runfors, head of information at Filmstaden, tells Aftonbladet that it is very annoying that the mark is used for fraudulent purposes and that the police detect all the bluffs you know.
– We have also posted a warning on our website to communicate with our customers. But we can not send an email to all Swedes. We do not know who are exposed and we are therefore difficult to warn.
Because this is not the first time that bluff-sms are sent.
The fraud method calls Phishing and is based on someone else's privilege to do something else – often click on a link and then enter the information from his account.
