Organizational leaders work to support managers. They have a price called the year initiative in which a working group, a manager or an organization of the private service sector is honored to improve the work environment. This year, the theme is health.
In the spring, the municipality of Olofström organized two weeks of work devoted to integrating the spirit of health into the work. This was part of their European project Heja Hälsa 2.0, which runs from October 2017 to September 2019. In a short film on the facebook page of the leaders, the municipality of Olofströms shares his ideas.
Desire for a sustainable professional life
– Create a sustainable workplace with good workplaces, through a healthy culture. This means that we examine what contributes to health in a work organization, explains Lena Persson, who was project manager for Heja Hälsan in the municipality of Olofström.
The other finalists are Sturebadet Health AB, The Amazing Society and Scandic Health Club.
"Some are more technology-focused and contribute to the potential of digitization, while others are more focused on creating conditions for increased experience of movement, exercise and nature" says Cecilia Åkerblom, president of the award in a press release on Leaders.
The winner will be heard on November 12 at Vasateatern in Stockholm.
