Early in the morning of 27 July, Nella Olander, 28, was found seriously injured in a tunnel in Fagersta. The damage was so severe that she died shortly thereafter.
During the investigation, it was gradually discovered how brutally murdered she was.
Before she died, she was threatened with an armed rebel, exposed to severe rape and, finally, to a knife.

Nella Olander was raped and murdered
On Tuesday morning, the trial took place in the Västmanland District Court against the 28-year-old man charged with murder and serious rape.
The hearing began with the reading of the allegations by the prosecutor Fredrik Sandberg.
– The crime should be judged roughly in part because it concerns the issue of two masked and armed armed criminals who participated in the abuse. Partly because there was a threat of fatal violence against Nella Olander while a silent gun was directed towards her head.
After reading, he was 28 years old to announce his attitude to the remedies:
He recognizes the murder of Nella.
He denies having exposed to serious rape.

The 28-year-old said that he had certainly threatened Nella with replaying a gun at the time, but that it was his minor Kump who had perpetrated the rape himself. Therefore, the man thinks he has committed a serious rape instead.
The designated boy is not a criminal authority and, therefore, it is not a criminal case against him.
In a letter that this 28-year-old journalist wrote during the investigation, he described his motives. The boy wanted to rape – he himself would kill, according to the letter.
Tuesday morning, Nella's relatives were in court. They demanded that the trial be held in front of open doors, but the district court made the opposite decision. According to the court, large parts of the trial must be held in front of closed doors to protect the identity of the underage boy when questioned.
