On Sunday, a large audience gathered to hear American vocal harmony group Boyz II Men perform live at the Sweetland Amphitheater. According to box office manager Grayson West, there were about 1,437 people in attendance on Sunday’s show.

Many of them considered the singing group to be nostalgic.

“I listened to Boyz II Men growing up, and their music has always been feel good music, and I can’t believe it’s this close to home,” said Krista Hollinger.

Onteria Foster has stated that she has loved Boyz II Men since the release of “Motownphilly”. However, her favorite song from the band is “Doin ‘Just Fine”.

“It’s a song about relationships, about breaking up and about how he got his life back on track afterward,” she said. “He didn’t think he would make it, but he did.”

Nic Whitfield said he was a ’90s baby.

“Me and my boys, my daughter, my family all went out to have a great time listening to Boyz II Men,” he said. “I grew up with them.”

Nick Griffin, who was attending the concert with Whitfield, said his favorite Boyz II Men songs were “Doin ‘Just Fine”, “A Song For Mama” and “End of the Road”.

When the music started, many spectators stood up to dance.

In their 25-year career, Boyz II Men has won four Grammy Awards, nine American Music Awards, nine Soul Train Awards, three Billboard Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and more, according to Sweetland Amphitheater.

They are the best-selling R&B group of all time, having sold 64 million albums.
