Little Larina († 4) died in Lenk BE after being hit by a man on a ski slope. Her family was with her while she was fighting for her life on the podium. Now she's taking leave.
Little Larina * († 4 years old) and her family slipped last Thursday on the blue slope of the Lenk BE ski area. Suddenly, a skier crashed against the girl, tearing her to the floor. Larina breathed only slightly. The helicopter took her with her mother to the hospital (Blick report).
There, she died the next day. His parents are shaken. "Our angel was killed too early," they write in the obituary published exactly one week after the accident in various Bernese media.
Funeral instead of birthday
On Instagram, his mother posted a picture of a lit candle with the words "A candle for my little angel".
Larina would have been five years old next Wednesday. For her birthday, her family must finally bid farewell and bury the girl. "You will always belong to our family and will continue to live in our hearts," write his parents.
The location of the accident was not critical
We still do not know why Larina had to die. The accident site was not a critical point, but a normal ski run, as had assured Nicolas Vauclair, the boss of Lenk-Bergbahnen, last week against Blick. "I've been driving this slope several times with my five year old daughter," he says.
About the rugged driver is hardly known. Only: he stayed at the scene of the accident, did not escape the driver. The Bern prosecutor clarifies the exact accident, verifies it has made it punishable by driving too fast. (HI)
